Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using FreeToolsHub (the "Service," "Website," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Description of Service

FreeToolsHub provides free online tools including but not limited to password generation, PDF to image conversion, and image resizing. All tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied.

Our tools process data locally in your browser using client-side technology. We do not upload, store, or process your files on our servers. You maintain complete control and responsibility for the data you process using our tools.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise the security of, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service
• Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure
• Use any robot, spider, crawler, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service
• Use the Service to transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate FreeToolsHub, our employees, another user, or any other person or entity

User Responsibilities

Data Backup: While our tools process data locally in your browser, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your original files and data. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur.

Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and internet connection. We recommend using updated browsers and security software when accessing online services.

Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FreeToolsHub. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain all rights to the data and files you process using our tools. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content. However, by using the Service, you grant us permission to display your usage on our platform solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit against FreeToolsHub.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FreeToolsHub regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the Service.
